Pryme Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s “fastest-growing and most dynamic” firms as part of a prestigious annual report launched by the London Stock Exchange.

The latest, sixth edition of ‘‘1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain’’ commends small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are expanding at an average of 50 per-cent a year.

It has received cross-party political support and the backing of the UK’s major business bodies, having identified companies across a wide range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing and construction.

Pryme Group is one of 38 Scottish companies listed in the 2019 report.

The news is very welcome after a busy 12 months which saw the opening of our £10 million Newcastle facility in North Tyneside, the acquisition of Hydratron and significant investment in new machinery and equipment at our GA Sliding Head facility.
